All cancellations and changes must be received 10 days prior to expected arrival or a penalty equal to the amount of the entire stay, plus tax and service charge, will be charged on the provided credit card. The same penalty applies to early departures and no-shows.

Children are welcome starting from 12 y.o.

A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking.

Vat tax: Rates shown are inclusive of 10 percent VAT Tax per room, per night.

CITY TAX: EURO 1.00 per person, per night, not included in the room rate.

PERGOLA Srl, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter also "Data Controller"), pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), provides you with some information regarding the processing of personal data collected during room booking activities and the purchase of its products and services.

Personal data processed and source of the data

As part of the room booking and purchase of products and services offered by the Hotel, the Data Controller processes personal and contact data (e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, mobile number, nationality, etc. .) relating to future guests, payment and credit card details as well as any other information indicated in the "Notes" field. All this data is provided directly by the person making the booking.

With reference to the "Notes" field, the Data Controller invites you not to indicate particular categories of data such as data relating to the state of health (information on any motor disabilities, allergies, intolerances, etc.), religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political and philosophical opinions.

Purpose, legal basis of the processing and nature of the provision

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

1) Management of the booking and request for the proposed services, as well as responding to any requests.

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of contractual commitments pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. b), of the GDPR. The provision of personal data is mandatory for the purpose of completing the booking. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to execute the room reservation and purchase of the services.

2) Compliance with regulatory obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, for example, fiscal and accounting obligations connected to the execution of the contract.

The legal basis of the processing is the legal obligation by European and national legislation pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. c) of the GDPR and art. 2-ter of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Defense of the Data Controller's rights in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

The legal basis for the processing of data is the pursuit of legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. f) GDPR consisting in the protection of the interests and rights of the Hotel.

You can ask to object at any time, with a reasoned request to the Data Controller, to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 21 GDPR; your request, in this sense, will be subject to evaluation and feedback by the Owner.

Recipients of the data

The data may be communicated for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes to other subjects such as, for example, public authorities and law enforcement agencies, law firms, accountants, etc. who will process them as independent data controllers for their own purposes. They may also have access to the data:

- the Data Controller's staff, specifically appointed.

- subjects providing services to the Data Controller, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of Regulation 679/2016.

The updated list of Managers can be requested at any time from the Owner.

Personal data are not subject to disclosure.

Data retention period

The data being processed are kept only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the aforementioned activities/purposes.

Your data will be kept for the time required by tax law (10 years).

Data Transfer

Your data will not be transferred outside the EU.

Rights of the interested party

Interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
