Privacy Policy on the Processing of Personal Data - "Work with Us" Page
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation", hereinafter "Regulation"), we inform you that the personal data provided by users through the "Work with Us" page published on the website will be used solely to fulfill the requests, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation.
Personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number, CVs sent in relation to any open positions or for spontaneous applications) may be accessed and processed by the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as data processors, as well as by any third parties appointed as external data processors, who support the Data Controller in managing the website, as well as any internal and/or external collaborators responsible for personnel selection.
The data will not be disclosed.
The personal data of those who submit their curriculum vitae are processed:
- for the purposes of recruitment and personnel selection or to propose other job offers consistent with the candidate's professional profile (pre-contractual obligations);
- to fulfill specific obligations or to perform specific tasks required by laws, regulations, or community legislation (legal obligation).
Data processing is carried out using manual, electronic, and IT tools in ways that are strictly related to the purposes for which the data are processed and in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR on security measures.
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are processed and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months from the receipt of the curriculum vitae, after which they will be automatically deleted and no copies will be kept.
Users of the site, in their capacity as data subjects, are granted the rights referred to in Articles 15 and subsequent of the Regulation, including the right to request the Data Controller to access personal data, rectify or delete such personal data, restrict the processing of personal data that concerns them, or object to its processing, as well as the right to obtain information about the source of the data, the purposes and methods of the collection, and to obtain the deletion or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.
