The kitchen for preparations has the unique opportunity to draw from the citrus fruit collection of the Villa della Pergola Gardens and from our adjacent farm, "L'Orto Rampante", a vegetable garden overlooking the sea developed on the traditional terraces typical of Liguria. Precisely these ingredients are the protagonists of the "Orto" tasting menu, awarded as "best vegetarian and vegan proposal 2024" by Le Guide de l'Espresso.
