The Michelin Guide ITALY celebrated its 70th edition this year and did so last November 5th at the magnificent Teatro Comunale Pavarotti-Freni with a ceremony presented by Giorgia Surina, which was attended by over 500 guests including chefs, journalists, sector professionals and institutions.

During the evening the Nove of Villa della Pergola in Alassio reconfirmed the Star also for the year 2025.

An award that once again rewards an increasingly important work and the shared commitment of the entire family of Villa della Pergola and Nove, starting from Chef Antonio Romano and the Restaurant Manager Francesca Ricci up to the entire young kitchen team and of the room (all under 31).

It was a season full of emotions and growth in many aspects and above all maturation. We have laid the foundations to do even better in the coming years. All this was also made possible thanks to the guys on the team, who immediately showed motivation, dedication and extraordinary commitment. Says Chef Antonio Romano, 31 years old and at the helm of Nove since this season.

A further result which seals belonging to the family of excellent catering and which further embellishes our territory, the city of Alassio and the entire Liguria region.
